RETURNS: New merchandise in its original condition may be exchanged or returned for refund within seven (7) days of original purchase date. New merchandise which develops a manufacturer's defect within 30 days of purchase will be repaired or replaced at Ward-Brodt's discretion.
  • Reeds or any other items placed in the mouth are non-returnable.
  • All sales final on clearance, used & closeout merchandise, Pop Sheets, Wedding Music & Folios.
  • Software/CD purchases and all software included in any product that is being returned must be unopened and in its original packaging.
