School Service Coordinator

- Full-Time School Service Coordinator (1 Position Available)

As a School Service Coordinator you'll work closely with the School Service Sales Team giving you the opportunity to assist with our school accounts.  Some key roles of a School Service Coordinator include:

  • Supports the School Service Sales Team in attaining monthly and annual business targets. 
  • Assures productive communication with new and existing customers, School Service Representatives, Lease Pool Processor and other in-store associates.  Acts as liaison between Service Center Technicians and school accounts.  Communicates with Purchaser for status of school related orders.  Interacts with Service Center Technicians and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
  • Resolves inquiries from the school account customers and ensures customer satisfaction.  
  • Responsible for administrative functions essential for fulfillment of product offerings in the School Service Division.  These functions will include handling purchase orders, memos, proposals and updating director recommended sheets online.
  • Receives, enters and processes all orders for the School Service Division.  Checks accuracy of picked orders, packages, and prepares for delivery.
  • Assists with program display preparations for rental programs and in-school clinics and organizing the summer repair schedule.
  • Cross trained in all School Service Division in-store positions as well as some retail support tasks.

This is a Full time position and hours fluctuate seasonally.

Pay Grade - Hourly

Education Qualification – Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
