- Part-Time to Full-Time Accounts Payable Administrator (1 Position Available)

Some key roles of the Accounts Payable Administrator include:

  • Responsible for various accounting and clerical tasks related to the processing of accounts payable transactions – ie) payments and debits to creditors.  This includes handling of invoices, purchase orders, statements, credit card reconciliation, processing check runs and electronic fund transfers.
  • Assists in daily balancing of drawer to sales activity.
  • Cross trained to assist with coverage of accounts receivable transactions – ie) receipt of payments from customers and assist with rental accounts/contracts, as needed.
  • Cross trained to assist in basic retail support coverage, as needed.


Opportunity for growth in responsibilities and hours if experienced in basic Bookkeeping – including working with bank reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger accounts, etc.

Hours – Hours vary as needed between 7:30am and 5pm Mon-Fri.

Part-time position averaging 25-30 hrs/wk with growth to full-time averaging 35 hrs/wk.

Pay Grade – Wage Range starts at $15/hr and will be based on skill/experience

Education Qualification - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); post high school training in accounting principles and practices or combination of Education and Experience.  Ability to use a 10-key calculator, attention to detail and accuracy required.
