Just for our existing Ward-Brodt in-store customers, this new service allows you to view your history online and make an online payment towards your existing in-store Ward-Brodt account regardless of whether it's a rental lease payment, lesson payment, repair bill due or in-store item credit purchase.
Question: "Do I have a Ward-Brodt Music in-store account?"
Answer: If you've ever visited Ward-Brodt Music in Madison and if you have made any purchase in the last few years, you probably have one! When you submit your form, use your existing phone number for your account number. We'll probably call you to confirm your contact information, so don't worry if you're not sure! Go ahead - submit your request.
The registration process involves two simple steps:

First you'll need to create an On-Line Account or login if you already have a WardBrodt Music online account in order to view the following Request page! Note: If you're already logged in, go ahead-skip this step and move on to step 2!

Next, Request to have your On-Line WardBrodt Music Account be linked to your existing In-Store Ward-Brodt Music Account.
- You will need to enter either your existing Ward-Brodt account number (or your telephone number if you don't know your number) which correlates to your account in the blank "Acct #" field on the request page. Then submit your request to us so we can link your accounts together!
- Sorry, but if you have never made a purchase at Ward-Brodt Music in Madison before, you won't be able to link your online account. However, if you do stop into our store anytime in the future, we can link your accounts for you during your visit, or you can log on to WardBrodt Music at some point after your first visit and request your accounts to be linked using this same form! It's fast and easy!
Once submitted, we will send you an email letting you know that the process has been completed within a couple of business days. Then, you'll be able visit our site to view, update, and make payments on your in-store WardBrodt Music account any time! (Save on time, fuel and postage)
