Brian is a dedicated teacher who pushes his students to achieve. He teaches any skill level of guitar. and is perfect for the intermediate/advanced soloist looking to take it to the next level. Brian has studied music theory, music history, piano, and classical guitar. He attended St. Norbert College from 1989-1990 and received his B. A. in music from UW-Madison in 1994.  In addition to guitar, Brian enjoys singing, playing percussion and ballroom dancing, which he taught for Wisconsin Union Mini Courses. He studied classical guitar with Rick Soens at Wayland Academy in Beaver Dam, and with Javier Calderon at UW-Madison. Brian performed in a rock band in high school and believes the experience has helped him to become a better teacher. His work as a ballroom dance instructor has also contributed to his excellence as a music teacher.  Brian teaches beginning, intermediate and advanced guitar in any style.
